DEPOSITS

​

DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

​

Deposits are in place to secure your appointment date and time. Cancellations forfeit the deposit however you do have a 24 hour window from the time of booking to revise your appointment. 

​

Should you need to reschedule your appointment after the 24hour period, you can do so by selecting another date and time under your desired style. The system however will require another deposit to secure the new appointment.

 

LAST MINUITE APPOINTMENTS

​

Appointments booked for within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged a convenience fee of 25$.

​

48 hours is a 15$ fee.

​

AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS

​

Appointments are made or that go beyond 11pm are subject to a 35$ fee

​

​

PARKING

​

Please ensure that parking is available for our traveling stylists. If there are any parking costs incurred, the costs will be added to the price of the service.

​

HAIR PREP

​

PLEASE HAVE THE HAIR WASHED AND DE-TANGLED PRIOR TO THE ARRIVAL OF THE STYLISTS!! We understand that our some of our client may need assistance with de-tangling and we are willing to do so for an additional $15.

​

We recommend pre-stretched hair for braiding styles. For un-stretched hair, there is a 10$ stretching fee.

​

SHORT HAIR POLICY

If your hair is less than 4 inches long, please book our short hair specialist Jah. There is a $35 fee to work with short hair as more care and time is required to secure the style. 

​

SLIP RISKS AND STYLE REVISIONS

​

HAIR THAT IS LESS THAN 4 INCHES, OR LESS THAN 5 INCHES AND A SILKY TEXTURE IS PRONE TO SLIP RISK. Should you have any issues with slipping or need a revision to your style, you have 72 hours to contact our administrative team to have the style revised. After 72 hours, should you need the style revised, please book a refreshing service.

PUNCTUALITY

 

Due to the nature of the business being one that is mobile based, stylist do come across unforeseen delays. Please be patient with our stylists if delays do occur. Our stylist will keep you informed of any delays. 

​

SEVERE WEATHER CONDITIONS AND SNOW STORMS

​

On days with severe weather and heavy snow fall, there is no fee to rebook. Should you wish to keep your appointment, there is a severe weather fee of $20 and times are not guaranteed.

​

TRAVELING FEES

​

Travel fees are included for appointments booked within the Durham and Toronto Area. Please see our travel fee map or contact our administrative team for regions outside of these areas.

CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

All information and data obtained by Woe Lotta Hair is protected and confidential and will not be sold or given to any third parties.
