Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment with Woe Lotta Hair, you agree to the following terms, conditions, and release of liability. Please read carefully before booking.

1. Acknowledgment of Services

  • Woe Lotta Hair provides mobile hairstyling, beauty, and related services at the location provided by the client.

  • Due to the mobile nature of our services, appointment times may be adjusted to account for travel, traffic, and unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be informed promptly of any changes.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Hair Preparation: Unless otherwise booked, hair must be washed, detangled, and product-free before the stylist’s arrival.

  • Parking: The client must provide accessible parking for the stylist. Any parking fees will be added to the final bill.

  • Safe Environment: The client is responsible for providing a safe, clean, and smoke-free environment for the stylist.

3. Health & Safety

  • Clients must inform the stylist prior to the appointment of any allergies, scalp conditions, or medical concerns that may affect the service.

  • Woe Lotta Hair follows strict sanitation protocols. However, the company is not responsible for allergic reactions, scalp irritation, or adverse results caused by undisclosed health conditions, prior chemical treatments, or misuse of aftercare instructions.

4. Service Satisfaction

  • If the completed style differs significantly from the style booked, please notify the stylist before the service is concluded so adjustments can be made on-site.

  • Concerns reported after the stylist has left will be reviewed in accordance with the Policies page.

5. Liability Waiver

By booking, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Woe Lotta Hair and its stylists are not liable for damage to hair, scalp, or personal property caused by pre-existing conditions, chemical processes, client negligence, or failure to follow stylist instructions.

  • You assume full responsibility for any injury, allergic reaction, or damage arising from the service, except in cases of proven negligence by Woe Lotta Hair.

  • You release Woe Lotta Hair, its stylists, employees, and subcontractors from any claims, demands, or legal actions related to services received.

6. Last-Minute & Policy Agreement

  • All bookings are subject to the Policies listed on our website.

  • A last-minute booking fee will apply for appointments made within 48 hours.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and Release of Liability.
